Biggest announcement as Chelsea finally complete third summer transfer worth £55m deal

Chelsea football club is among the top premier league teams that are currently working on a strong project rebuild ahead of the new season start on August.

However, according to the Kenyan sports journalist Fred Arocho and the Italian based Fabrizio Romano, the club is yet to announce their third summer transfer any time from now.

Sevilla Center back Jules Kounde deal is almost complete as he is set to undergo medicals soon after a fee agreement of 55 million pounds.

According to Fabrizio, Kounde will be signing a five year contract that will run up to 2027 once they are done with the official agreement today.
