Report: £55m world class defender, Jules Kounde will replace Cesar Azpilicueta, reason why
Cesar Azpilicueta, who is currently Chelsea captain set to leave Stamford Bridge for Barcelona on a transfer deal still on the negotiation fees, as the club close to get the Sevilla’s defender, Jules Kounde signed “later today”.
According to MichelSport, Later today, Kounde is set to become the Blues’ third summer signing.
Although, Chelsea officials has completed the transfer fees for Kounde worth £55 million, to beat Barcelona off the competition to get the Frenchman signed from Sevilla.
As it stands now, if Jules Kounde complete his signed later today, Chelsea will pay Sevilla £55million for transfer deal, which contract will expired five-year from now.
Why Kounde signed for Chelsea not Barcelona
Meanwhile, Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel is working hard to get quality players signed, and avoid losing any defender to leave the club, just as Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen did.
