The Chelsea youngest players to appear in FA Cup match against Plymouth

Chelsea youngest players to appear in the FA Cup live as they face Plymouth on Saturday, February, 5th, 2022 at Stamford Bridge stadium live without stress.

Chelsea will take on Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup fourth round on Saturday before heading for the FIFA Club World Cup.

With the blues likely to use some of the academy players against the League One club, here are the youngsters looking to make an appearance for the club in the game.

1. Xavier Mbuyamba (Defensive midfielder, 20 years)

Xavier Mbuyamba made the bench for the Carabao Cup third round game against Aston Villa but failed to make an appearance. He will be looking to finally make his debut for the club against Plymouth.

2. Harvey Vale (Attacking midfielder, 18 years)

Harvey Vale has made 3 appearances for Chelsea so far this season in domestic cup competitions. He will be hoping to make it 4 on Saturday.

3. Xavier Simons (Defensive midfielder, 18 years)

Xavier Simons only appearance for Chelsea this season was in the EFL Cup quarter-final match against Brentford where he started and played 65 minutes of the 2-0 win.

He will be looking to add to his solitary cap against Plymouth.

4. Lewis Hall (Central midfielder, 17 years)

Lewis Hall played the left centre back position in Chelsea’s 5-1 thrashing of Chesterfield in the last round and was very impressive in the game.

His performance could spur Thomas Tuchel into giving him another opportunity to feature for the club.

5. Charlie Webster (Central midfielder, 18 years)

Charlie Webster made the bench for Chelsea’s 5-1 pummeling of Chesterfield in the previous round but failed to come off the bench.

He could finally be handed his debut against Plymouth.

6. Jude Soonsup-Bell (Centre forward, 18 years)

Jude Soonsup-Bell scored goals for fun with the u-18s last season.

This season, he has only made an appearance for the senior team and that was a 45-minute cameo against Brentford in the Carabao Cup quarter-final. Another playing opportunity may be handed to him on Saturday.
