Why Roman Abramovich should consider long term Thomas Tuchel’s extension contract

However, I think Roman should shun such character towards Tuchel and offer him (Tuchel) a long term contract extension as Chelsea’s head coach.

This is a trophy which Chelsea was unable to win for the three times, they’ve been to the finals.

Chelsea’s squad is likely liable to claim both EFL Cup, FA Cup, and the World Club Cup as well before the end of this season. And when players will be recruited for him (Tuchel) in the summer, then will he transform Chelsea’s squad to trophies seeking team.
